01Who we are

Shelton's Premium Detail is a mobile detailing company on Cedar Creek Lake and a Texas limited liability company. We also advertise as Shelton's Premium Mobile Detailing. When this policy says "we," "us" or "our," that's who it means.

This policy covers what we collect when you visit this site, book with us, or get in touch, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to change.

02What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
• Service details: your vehicle, the service you want, the address we're coming to, and any notes you give us.
• Booking and payment: when you book through the booking window on this site, your details go into Urable, our booking software. Card payments are handled by Urable's payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your vehicle's history and your preferences: for maintenance clients, notes on past visits and how you like things done, so we don't have to ask twice.
• Messages: texts, calls and emails between you and us.
• How you use this site: see section 05.

We only collect what you give us or what the site records while you browse it. We don't sell any of it.

03How we use it

• To give you a quote and answer your questions.
• To schedule your appointment, confirm it, and text you when we start and when we're done.
• To do the work the way you like it.
• To follow up after a service and tell you about maintenance plans or offers.
• To see what's working on our site and in our ads, and fix what isn't.

04Texts and calls

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we can call and text you about your quote, your appointment and related offers. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your service.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us you'd rather not get calls. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. We don't share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.

05Website analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits. It records the pages you view and for how long, your device and browser, your rough location, how you found us, and whether you tapped Book Now. It uses cookies to do that. We look at it to see which pages help people book, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its photos and live numbers from GitHub and jsDelivr. Like any website, those services see your IP address when your browser asks them for a file.

06Reviews on this site

We show reviews that customers have posted publicly on Google, with the name and photo Google displays next to them. If one of them is yours and you'd like it off our site, tell us and we'll take it down.

07Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with:

• Companies that help us run the business, like Urable for booking, our scheduling and messaging tools, payment processors, and Google Analytics. They handle your information for us.
• Legal authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.

08Ads on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which Meta owns. If you reach us through a lead form on one of those apps, Meta collects your details and shares them with us under Meta's own privacy policy.

This site and our business aren't part of, endorsed by, or run by Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Once your details reach us, this policy covers them.

09How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, run the business, and meet legal and tax rules. After that we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you.

10Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link, or ask us to take you off the list.
• Seeing, fixing or deleting your information: contact us and we'll take care of it.

11Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't promise it never will be.

12Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

13Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using our services after that, the updated policy applies.
